Jesse Keenan, PA certified real estate appraiser

I grew up in Bucks County, just outside of Somerton where my parents grew up. I have lived all over the city, but now call South Philly home. I have been in the appraisal business since 1998, when I started a summer job pasting printed photos and hand delivering hard copies of appraisal reports to local banks. After 10 years in the office, I was certified and have been completing appraisals in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties ever since.
As a resident and enthusiast of Philadelphia, I am uniquely positioned to not only know appraisal practice, but to also know the nuances and peculiarities of Philadelphia neighborhoods
In my spare time, you can probably find me running in the Wissahickon, the Ben Franklin Bridge, or Kelly Dr; or drinking coffee at whatever shop is closest to my last appraisal appointment
